Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- Paypal account
- Bank transfer
Payments by bank transfer
By selecting this method you will receive the bank details via email upon confirmation of purchase.
By paying by bank transfer the goods will be shipped only after having verified the crediting of the amount to our bank's current account.
However, we recommend that you send a copy of the bank's accounting by email in order to reserve the purchased goods in your name.
The reason for the bank transfer must indicate:
- The order number
- Name and Surname of the person placing the order
If payment is not received within 5 days of order confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made within 5 days of receiving the return.
Payments by Credit Card via Paypal circuit
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro credit cards are accepted.
This includes CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay card, Aura card and all other credit cards bearing the Mastercard, Visa or American Express logo.
Credit card data is managed directly by the Bank.
Payments via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account through the PayPal website itself.
By completing a purchase with this type of payment, the PayPal website page will be displayed.
You will need to enter your email address and password for your PayPal account.
After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal even for subsequent purchases without having to re-enter your data. In the case of purchases through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by Sergio Fabbri Calzature, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Cancellation of the order is possible until the order has been processed. The order status is clearly visible in the "My Purchases" area and is no longer cancellable if the indication "Order processed" appears.
At no time during the purchase process is Sergio Fabbri Calzature able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted.
No computer archive of Sergio Fabbri Calzature contains or stores such data.
For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email directly from the PayPal circuit.
Information regarding payment by Credit Cards for those who do NOT have a Paypal account
Even if you do not have a Paypal account, but you have a credit card, you can still pay through the Paypal website:
- select the "Paypal" payment method at the time of purchase
- select the link: "continue payment", which is located under the bold text: "Don't have a Paypal account?"
- on the next page you can enter your credit card details, thus completing the purchase procedure.
Credit Card Payment Security
In case of payment by credit card or through the Paypal circuit, your card details are managed directly by the Bank specialized in the management of online payments. The information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) that prevent their use by third parties and are sent directly to the bank. This online sales shop is developed with the latest technologies to guarantee maximum security for electronic commerce.
Status of your order
The status of your order is easily visible in the "My Purchases" area and can no longer be cancelled if the indication "Order fulfilled" appears. At no time during the purchase procedure on Sergio Fabbri Calzature is it able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of Sergio Fabbri Calzature contains or stores such data.
Sergio Fabbri Calzature informs its customers that, if the items purchased with advance payment are not available, the entire amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

8) Guarantees
a) Legal guarantee for the Consumer
The Consumer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), has the right to avail of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself in articles 128 to 132.
This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, communicates to Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl any lack of conformity found by the consumer in the purchased product within 2 (two) months of discovery (art. 132, Consumer Code).
Following such communication, the Consumer will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favour of the Consumer.
The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the product. Beyond this period, therefore, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will not be responsible for any defects in conformity found by the consumer.
In the event of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty relating to the Product given in replacement or resulting from the repair are the same as those of the original product. Therefore, the overall two-year duration of the legal warranty will in any case start from the Delivery of the original product.
In any case, for the regulation of the legal guarantee, reference is made to the provisions of the Consumer Code referred to in articles 128 and following.
b) Legal guarantee for non-consumer customers
The Non-Consumer Customer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to avail of the legal guarantee provided for in the Civil Code.
This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the non-Consumer Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, communicates to Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl any lack of conformity found in the purchased product within 8 (eight) days of discovery.
The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the Delivery of the Product. Beyond this period, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will not be held responsible for any lack of conformity found by the non-Consumer Customer.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, we recommend that you show the purchase document.
9) Processing of personal data
The Customer's data is processed by Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the specific section "Privacy Policy".
10) Communications
All communications may be addressed to Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl via a specific email address
11) Competent Court
This contract is governed by Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, the Court of Rimini will be competent.
