Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation is applied to the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of purchase, within which the Customer is required to provide communication via email to info@sergiofabbri.com.


The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
• the right applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;

• the Product(s) purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);

• It is recommended to carefully package the product without damaging the original box. In the event that the return does not comply with this condition, Sergio Fabbri Calzature SRL will have the right to refuse the refund. The package will remain available at our headquarters for a possible return shipment; the customer will be asked to pay 10 euros.

To make a return, the customer must scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click REQUEST RETURN .
If the return request is accepted, the customer will receive an email from GLS with the option to book a collection or take the package to a GLS point free of charge.
In both cases, it is important to print and attach the GLS label provided in the email to the package.
From January 24th, returns have a fixed cost of 10 euros which will be deducted from the total refund of the order.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF COSTUMES

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will refund the Customer the entire amount excluding delivery costs, if incurred, within 5 days of receiving the return.

 

RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
 Returns from abroad are the customer's responsibility, as is the responsibility for shipping.
